Get Subwoofers - Cheap Marine Audio
If you've ever hooked up a stereo for your car, then you'll notice installing one on your boat is quite similar. You'll need a receiver, speakers and an amplifier and subwoofer if you want to add bass.
Marine audio doesn't have to only be popular in the summer time. You can also create a project for yourself during off season. This is why it's worth investing into. It's money well spent.
Just imagine going out on to the water with friends but being able to entertain yourself with a music system. This would raise the "cool factor" and make things more fun.
If your boat does not already have a radio, no need to worry. Find a location that's best and install it in that spot. You may have to cut and drill. make sure to take your time.
Once your receiver is installed, you'll have to find a place for your speakers. If your boat doesn't have speakers in it already, you will need to cut out openings for your new ones.
With that said, your overall boating experience will be that much better. Whether you're by yourself, family or friends. Motivate yourself and add one. You can do it!
Some boats may have a pair of speakers pre-installed. You can unscrew these speakers and easily replace them. This will add a higher acoustic level of sound.
If you are in fact wanting your speakers to play a lot louder, you may want to add an amplifier. Your new boat CD player will most likely deliver 15-30 watts per channel.
You don't have to add a subwoofer right away. This can be added on later. If you decide to get a subwoofer, you will also need an amplifier.
