After you have made all the arrangements be sure to let everyone else who is going on vacation with you know what is going on. If they owe you part of the costs then this is a good time for them to pay you what they owe. This is also a good time for anyone who has decided to cancel to let you know that they are cancelling. That way, if need be, you can find someone else to go.
